82. Or, hold a red-hot Poker under the Nofe : 83. Or, fteep a Linen Rag in sharp Vinegar, burn it, and blow it up the Nofe with a Quill. 84. In a violent Cafe, go into a Pond or River.- Tried. See Extract from Dr. Tiffot. Bleeding of a Wound. 85. Make tight Ligatures on the Arms : 86. Or, apply Tops of Nettles bruised 87. Or, Leaves of All-heal bruifed : 1. 88. Or, fpread the Afbes of a Linen Cloth thick on another Linen Cloth , and apply it : 89. Or, ftrew on it the Afbes of a Linen Rag, dipt in fharp Vinegar and burnt : 90. Or, take ripe Puff-Balls: Break them warily and fave the Powder. Strew this on the Wound and bind it on. I- This will ftop the Bleeding of an amputated Limb without any Cautery. 91.
