To Henry Moore Date: BRISTOL, September 20, 1788. MY DEAR BROTHER, I have taken place in the mail coach for Sunday se'nnight in the afternoon, so that I shall probably be with you on Monday morning. Pray tell George Whitfield to settle himself in the Book-Room without delay, as John Atlay has appointed to leave it on the 25th instant. See letters of Sept. 4 and 24. I beg of Brother Rankin and you to advise and assist him to the uttermost of your power. Many croakers, no doubt, will strive to discourage him; therefore strengthen his hands all you can.
