It will be best to keep an horse; then both your health and your soul will prosper. If William Eels crawls in at last, send him directly to Aberdeen. And you should be preparing to change with John Bredin. I wish Dr. Hamilton would send me the receipt for extracting the opiate from sow-thistles, and give me some account of its effects.
